The Danfoss booth was located at the main entrance of the expo center. The booth was shaped like two huge trees, which symbolises environment protection, green thinking and harmony! The main body was made of a firm steel structure and solid timberwork, which showed the top quality of the Danfoss product range. The round structure at the top with penetrative blue lights became one of the pivotal points about the booth, and was used to symbolise Danfoss positive and progressive spirit.
In the evening of April 5, Danfoss Refrigeration & Air Conditioning hosted a Customer Banquet at the White Swan Hotel Guangzhou. During the banquet, an exciting lucky draw and wonderful performances were staged. Through this get-together, Danfoss strengthened the communication with customers and established sound conditions for further cooperation.
The Danfoss 2009 Press Conference was held in the White Swan Hotel Guangzhou in the morning of April 6. The conference was attended by the Danfoss management team including Kjeld Stark, President of the RA division and Mogens Terp Paulsen, President of Danfoss China. On the conference, Danfoss announced new product launches, introduced three new Danfoss factories in China, including Danfoss Refrigeration Equipments (Tianjin) Co., Ltd., Danfoss Plate Heat Exchanger (Hangzhou) Co. Ltd. and Danfoss Fumao Condensing Unit (Tianjin) Co. Ltd.
During the exhibition, Danfoss organised three technical seminars on “Green Solutions - Danfoss Light Commercial Compressors and System for Light Commercial Refrigeration Appliances”, “Danfoss New Compressors Purpose - Engineered for Refrigeration Applications” and “Energy saving solution for Super Market & Danfoss AKD VSD application in Refrigeration Industry”. The speakers are all leading experts in their own fields. The seminars all had very high numbers of attendants and all the visitors seemed very interested in the topics.
As one of the major exhibitors, Danfoss displayed many products from the extensive Refrigeration and Air Conditioning product range, including Refrigeration & Air Conditioning controls, household compressors, commercial compressors, industrial refrigeration controls, AKD102 for the food retail industry, as well as the new EnFusionTM brazed plate heat exchangers range, which will change the landscape of HVAC&R industry. Amongst Danfoss’ new products were the new air conditioning controller - MCX, Danfoss Scroll Compressors for air conditioning and refrigeration applications, SLV Compressor, ApexxTM VSH series, EnFusionTM Brazed Plate Heat Exchangers and Condensing Units. In total Danfoss welcomed in the region of 30,000 visitors to our booth.
